These terms add to the shared Miltinson Technologies terms at miltinson.com/legal/terms. Where these terms say nothing, the shared terms apply.
These terms cover your use of Miltinson Coaching Guides and the Substitutions tool, operated by Miltinson Technologies LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms, the shared terms, and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts are for adults: coaches, parents, and other volunteers. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Week 1 of every guide is free. You pay for a paid guide in US dollars through Stripe. You can pay once or, for a single skill guide, pay by the week on the weekly plan below.
The weekly plan costs $4 a week. You pay $4 when you start, then $4 each week after that, for 5 payments and $20 in total. Your card is charged automatically every week until the last payment. Then the plan ends by itself. The weekly plan is only for skill guides, and promotion codes do not apply to it.
Each weekly payment opens the next week of the guide, starting with Week 2. If you make all 5 payments and none is refunded, you have the whole guide, the same as a one-time purchase.
You can cancel any time with Manage weekly plan on the guide page, which opens Stripe’s billing page. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep every week you paid for. If a payment fails, Stripe tries it again. If it still fails, the plan ends and you keep the weeks you paid for.
To get the rest of the guide at once, buy the one-time skill guide at its full price. Buying it ends the weekly plan so you are not charged twice. So does an all-skills or lifetime purchase that covers the guide.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read the guide and use it with the teams you coach. You can print pages and share drills with your assistant coaches and players’ families for your own team. Do not resell, republish, or post paid guides where people who have not bought them can read them, and do not try to get around the paywall.
For a one-time purchase, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying a guide. Email billing@miltinson-technologies.com from the address on your account and tell us which guide you bought. We refund the full price to the original payment method. When the refund goes through, you can no longer open that guide.
On the weekly plan, you can ask for a refund of any weekly payment within 30 days of that payment, by email to the same address. We refund that payment, and you can no longer open the week it paid for. The other weeks you paid for stay open, and the plan keeps going. Refunding every payment ends the plan and stops future payments.
If you dispute a payment with your bank and the bank decides for you (a chargeback), we treat it like a refund: you can no longer open what it paid for. On the weekly plan, the plan also ends.
The guides are general information about coaching recreational youth sports. They are not medical advice and do not replace professional instruction, supervision, or a doctor’s judgment.
You are responsible for the safety of the players you coach. Adjust or skip any drill that does not suit a player’s age, size, skill, or health. Follow your league’s rules and safety policies, including concussion, heat, and equipment rules. Stop an activity when a player is hurt and get medical help when it is needed.
Substitutions suggests rotations. The coach decides who plays and remains responsible for following league playing-time rules.
You own the team and player information you enter in Substitutions. You give us permission to store and process it to run the tool and show it to the coaches you invite. Only enter a player if you coach that team and have the family’s permission to use the child’s name for team planning.
The disclaimers and limits of liability in the shared terms apply to this site. The laws of the State of Washington govern these terms, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in King County, Washington.
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
